aDVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Pennsylvania Northeastern Railroad is soliciting bid proposals from qualified bidders for the material procurement under Pennsylvania RFAP Grant:C920003620 The bid will Consist of procurement of 4,000 new 7’’x9’’x8’-6’’ wood railroad ties, 16,000 5/8’’-6’’ steel cut spikes, and disposal of 4,000 used railroad ties. Bidders are encouraged to review all bid documents prior to bid submissions. All bidders must adhere to PA Bureau of Rail Freight, Port & Waterway (BRFPW) policies.
