At this time, the Conshohocken Zoning Hearing Board will hear testimony and accept evidence on the following petition(s): ------------------------------- PETITIONER:Eleanor R. Hertrich c/o Catania Concrete PREMISES INVOLVED: 238 West 5th Avenue, Conshohocken, PA 19428 BR-1 – Borough Residential District The petitioner is seeking an extension of the Conshohocken Borough Zoning Hearing Board approval of the following variances granted in the Zoning Hearing Board Decision dated December 23, 2024: from the Conshohocken Borough Zoning Code Sections §27-1005.C and §27-1007.1 to permit a front yard setback of 3.5 ft along W. 5th Avenue and a driveway for off-street parking between the front wall of the principal dwelling and Wood Street that are associated with the reconstruction of a new single-family detached dwelling. ------------------------------- Interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing.
