ZONING HEARING NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of West Conshohocken Borough will conduct Public Hearings on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Borough Hall, 112 Ford Street, West Conshohocken, PA 19428, for the following applications: APPLICATION #25-07 Subject Property: Front Street Parcel # 24-00-01508-00-7 Borough of West Conshohocken, Montgomery County, PA HI Heavy Industrial Zoning District. Applicant/Owner: Innovation 411 Fee Owner, LLC. The Applicant requests relief from Zoning Ordinance Section 113-123 to permit an extension of time to January 20, 2028 of all zoning relief granted by the Zoning Hearing Board in ZHB Decision No. 22-02 dated January 20, 2023, and extended by ZHB Decision No. 23-09 dated January 19, 2024 and ZHB Decision No. 24-03 dated January 15, 2025, in order to obtain building permits to utilize the site for a research/development and warehouse campus.
