At this Meeting, the Board will: 1. Conduct a Public Hearing upon the application of Jashanpal Dhindsa c/o Singh Roadside Services Inc. and / or Golden Property, LLC for a one (1) acre parcel with a house and detached garage located at 768 Naamans Creek Road, Concord Township, Pennsylvania, (Folio # 13-00-00601-50) located in the C-2 Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting a Special Exception from Article XIV, Section 210-127 C. allowing for the use of the property as an Emergency Service Facility including the use of a private garage or parking lot provided that all facilities are located, and all services are conducted within the confines of the lot.
