WHITPAIN TOWNSHIP LEGAL NOTICE On July 21, 2026 after 6 p.m., the Whitpain Township Board of Supervisors, during its regularly scheduled meeting, will consider enacting the following: Ord. No. 432, an Ordinance amending the Code of the Township of Whitpain at Part II [General Legislation] amending Chapter 142 [Vehicles and Traffic], Article IV [Stopping, Standing and Parking], Section 142-37 [Special Purpose Parking Zones] to establish a new special purpose parking zone located at 418 Railroad Avenue. The full text of this ordinance zoning map amendment may be examined, and copies may be obtained for a charge no greater than the cost thereof, at the Whitpain Township Building, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM, and the Offices of this Newspaper. The draft ordinance is also available on the Township website: www.whitpaintownship.org. The meeting will take place at the Whitpain Township Building located at 960 Wentz Road, Blue Bell, PA 19422. The public is invited to attend in person or via Zoom and in-person attendees will be given an opportunity to provide comments regarding this proposed ordinance. Persons with disabilities, wishing to attend the public meeting and requiring auxiliary aid, service or other accommodations to participate, should contact the Township ADA Coordinator at 610-277-2400. At the conclusion of the consideration, the Board will consider enactment of this ordinance, unless it deems additional time is required for consideration and discussion, in which case it will hold an additional public hearing/meeting at an announced date and time for that purpose.
