WESTTOWN TOWNSHIP CHESTER COUNTY NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Westtown Township will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 1, 2026, commencing at 7:30 p.m. prevailing time at the Township Building, 1039 Wilmington Pike, West Chester, Pennsylvania, 19382 to consider and possibly enact an ordinance amending Chapter 149, Subdivision of Land, of the Code of Westtown Township, regarding Flexible Development Procedure, a caption and summary of which follows. SECTIONS 1, 2. Amends Article II, Definitions, §201, Definitions, to delete the term “flexible development” and its accompanying definition; and revises the definition of the term “application for development.” SECTION 3. Amends Article III, Application Procedures, to delete §305, Modification of requirements for flexible development. SECTION 4. Provides for the severability of unconstitutional or invalid provisions of the ordinance. SECTION 5. Repeals ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with any provision of this ordinance.
