Newton Kerber Meeting Room of the Municipal Building, 227 Sproul Road, Broomall, PA, to hear and consider the following appeal(s). Zoning Case 2026-12 Applicant: H.R. Reed Road, L.P. and Penmawr, L.P. Address: 0 Marpit Rd (410 Reed Road), Broomall, PA 19008 Parcel Number: 25000392131 The Property consists of approximately 4.059 acres located in the I – Light Industrial Zoning District. The Property is currently improved with an existing masonry building (approximately 17,648 sq. ft.), an existing wood shop building (approximately 11,281 sq. ft.), and an existing pole barn (approximately 4,800 sq. ft.). The Applicant requests the following variances from the Marple Township Zoning Ordinance as amended: a variance from Article VI, Section 300-46 to permit a minimum side yard setback of 12.74 feet where 25 feet is required; a variance from Article VI, Section 300-46 to permit a minimum rear yard setback of 19.24 feet where 25 feet is required; and a variance from Article XIII, Section 300-108 to permit accessory building spacing of 9.92 feet from another structure where 10 feet minimum spacing is required between accessory buildings and from principal structures.
