THE RESIDENTS OF HONEY BROOK TOWNSHIP, CHESTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Honey Brook Township will hold a public hearing on April 20, 2026 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Honey Brook Township Building located at 500 Suplee Road in Honey Brook Township to consider the application of Omar K. Fisher requesting a Variance from Section 27-1702.A, 27-807.C.(3) and 27-807.D of the Honey Brook Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to permit operation of a tree service business from a vacant lot which is non-conforming in size and also requesting relief from requirements pertaining to woodland disturbance and replacement planting. The property at issue is owned by Omar K. & Susan E. Fisher and is located at 230 Rock Road, Honey Brook, PA 19344 being Tax Parcel Number 22-9-23 and is located in the Agricultural (A) Zoning District. All interested parties in attendance will be given an opportunity to be heard. A copy of the Application is available for inspection at the Honey Brook Township Building, 500 Suplee Road, Honey Brook Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. A decision in the above matter may be rendered at the above time and place, or at any continuance of the hearing as shall be announced at that time.
