Sealed proposals will be received by PH&C, LLC on behalf of C.G. Broadcasting Developer, LLC, at 998 Old Eagle School Road, Wayne, PA, 19087, until 12:00 PM on July 13, 2026, for the following Project: BROADCAST DISTRICT MTF PENNDOT GRANT WORK PROJECT, PAPER MILL ROAD, SPRING TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY, PA This Project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of the HOP roadway improvements and associated work located on and along Paper Mill Road. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the bidding documents furnished by PH&C. Interested bidders are instructed to contact Jeffrey W. McClintock, PE, at jeffmcclintock@phandc.net to obtain a copy of, or with questions concerning, the bid package. Since this Project will be utilizing PennDOT Multimodal Transportation Fund, the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act are applicable to this project. PennDOT Prequalified Contractors and Subcontractors are required on the Project. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. C.G.
