Sealed Bids Sealed bids will be accepted by Honey Brook Township at 500 Suplee Road, Honey Brook, PA 19344 until 11:00 AM prevailing time on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 11:15 AM on the same day, at the same place. Bid documents are now available upon request by calling the office 610-273-3970 from 9 AM until 3 PM weekdays, by mail to the above address, by fax at 610-273-3909, by e-mail at info@honeybrooktwp.com, and on the Township website at: https://www.honeybrooktwp.com/public-works-department/page/road-projects. The following bid documents are available: 1. Approximately 5,100 feet of Paving up to 22 ft in width – scratch & top coat, and 2. Approximately 41,702 sq ft of seal coat in the Mountainview development. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day for item #1 and $200.00 per day for item #2. All bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Township. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Township except as noted in the bid documents. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded bid must be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Honey Brook Township Board of Supervisors will consider the awarding of these bids at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, beginning at 7:00 PM in the Honey Brook Township Administration Building, 500 Suplee Road, Honey Brook, 19344.
