Sealed bids will be received by the Township Manager until 9:00 am, on Friday, February 6, 2026, in the Municipal Building at 4089 Heckler Road, Skippack, PA 19474. Bids will be opened on the same day, same location, at approximately 10:05 am. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be marked clearly as follows: Sealed Bid - Proposal for 2026 SKIPPACK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT. Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, and 100% Payment Bond are included in the contract documents. Prevailing state wage rates and Public Works Employment Verification Act will apply on this project. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders.
