SECTION 001200 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Board of School Directors of the Owen J. Roberts School District is soliciting bids for: Capital Mechanical Improvements at the Middle School, West Vincent Elementary School, and North Coventry Elementary School. Sealed bids will be received by Michael Shelgren, Director of Facilities, Owen J. Roberts School District’s District Service Center (DSC), 932 Sanatoga Road, Pottstown, PA 19465 until Tuesday October 28, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. prevailing time. At that time and place, sealed bids will be publicly opened and read. The District is not responsible for late delivery of mail and no bid will be accepted after 1:00 p.m., Tuesday October 28, 2025. Proposals may not be withdrawn by the Bidder for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days following the actual date of the opening thereof, except as provided by Act No. 4 (1974) of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
