SECTION 001113 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Reading School District is soliciting sealed bids for the HS Athletics Facility Phase 2 Renovations (“Project”) located in City of Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Sealed Bids for all contracts shall be delivered no later than 2:30 PM prevailing time on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, to The Reading School District Administration Building, 800 Washington Street, Reading, PA 19601, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for ALL contracts will be held at Reading High School, 801 N. 13th Street, Reading, PA 19604, at 10:00 AM prevailing time on Monday, February 16, 2026. Attendance by all Prime Contract Bidders is mandatory. Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1: General Construction Contract No. 2: HVAC Construction Contract No. 3: Electrical Construction Contract No. 4: Plumbing Construction The Project Architect is SCHRADERGROUP A Hord Coplan Macht Studio, 555 E. Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of a non-refundable fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Checks or money orders shall be made payable to “CHA” and mailed to 1 E.
