The Project Work will be performed under one Contract as follows: CARROLL AVENUE STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS Bidding Documents are available online at no cost at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cheltenhamtownship) Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. Laws and regulations applicable to this Contract include the following: • Executive Order 11246, entitled “Equal Employment Opportunity,” as amended by Executive Order 11375, and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulation (41 CFR Part 60) The successful bidder will be required to provide performance bonds and payment in the amount of 100% of the successful bid amount. All contractors on this Project are required to ensure that employees and applicants will not be discriminated against because of race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, handicap, marital status or national origins; and, that the statutes and regulations of federal and state law regarding non-discrimination are met.
