SCHUYLKILL TOWNSHIP CHESTER COUNTY NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Schuylkill Township is soliciting bids for 206 CAPE SEAL PROJECT CONTRACT. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Bid Proposal for 2026 Cape Seal Project Contract, Opening of June 8th, 2026” Proposals will be on forms furnished by Schuylkill Twp and submitted to said Township, 111 Valley Park Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460 no later than 12:00 p.m., prevailing time on Monday, June 8, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened at 12:05 p.m. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid as a proposal guarantee made payable to Schuylkill Township. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification Statement, and Contractor’s Qualification Statement. Contractor required to review proposed project with Municipality’s Representative prior to bidding. This project involves but is not limited to cape seal utilizing a ¼ inch High Performance Chip Seal followed by a Quick Set Type II Slurry Seal applied complete in place. Schuylkill Township reserves the right to accept or reject all or any portion of any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or technicalities and to make the award in the best interest of the Township.
