ROCKLEDGE BOROUGH 121 HUNTINGDON PIKE ROCKLEDGE PA 19046S Advertisement for Bids The Rockledge Borough Council will receive sealed bids for its MS4 WATER QUALITY FACILITIES. Interested Contractors may examine or obtain a copy of the Contract Documents during normal working hours at the Rockledge Borough Municipal Building, 121 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge PA 19046S. The fee for a copy of the contract documents is $50.00. A Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held in the municipal building at 121 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046 on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 10:00am. The work will consist of mobilization, traffic control, saw cut asphalt pavement, excavation, pipe work, mill and overlay, curb work, rock removal and fencing needed for the installation of Terre Kleen TK09 and Terre Kleen TK36 stormwater systems. Sealed bids will be received by the Borough Manager until 10:00 am, Wednesday, March 18, 2026, in the Municipal Building at 121 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA, 19046. Bids will be opened on the same day, at the same location at approximately 10:05 am. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be marked clearly as follows: Sealed Bid - Proposal for MS4 WATER QUALITY FACILITIES. Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, and 100% Payment Bond are included in the contract documents. Prevailing state wage rates and Public Works Employment Verification Act will apply on this project. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders.
