PUBLIC PESTICIDE INFORMATION NOTICE Pursuant to New Jersey Administrative Code 7.30-9.10 & 9.15. The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Pesticide Control Program requires us to provide the following notice: Davey Rail Services, LLC (NJ#92422B), 1500 Mantua Street, Kent, OH 44240 will be performing herbicide applications along railroad rights of way for prevention and control of unwanted vegetation utilizing a 3000 gallon hi-rail spray truck. The proposed application date will be approximately July 13, 2026, through July 30,2026 during the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. each day on the Winchester and Western Railroad Company (OmniTRAX). The following products that will be used are listed as follows: AQUAMASTER (Glyphosate) EPA NO. 524-343, VASTLAN (triclophyr choline) EPA NO. 62719-687, SUNSET MSO (Methylated Seed Oil), ORION DRIFT CONTROL (Drift Control) be made with herbicide application spray hi-rail 3000-gallon truck. Upon the request, the pesticide applicator or applicator business shall provide a resident with notification at least 12 hours prior to the application, except for Quarantine and Disease Vector Control only, when conditions necessitate pesticide applications sooner than that.
