PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF LAWRENCE COUNTY OF MERCER Notice is hereby given pursuant to NJSA 40A:14-157 et. seq., that a public sale of the below listed property, shall be held at 10:00 am on June 2, 2026 until all active bidding is complete, at the Lawrence Township Police Building, at 2211 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, New Jersey 08648. This property came into possession of the Township of Lawrence through abandonment or failure of owners to claim them. This sale is authorized by resolution of the Township Council adopted May 5, 2026. Prospective bidders are advised that each sale will be made to the highest bidder. Each sale shall be final. Each item is sold in an “as is” condition, free from guarantees or warranties. Payment for items sold shall be made in cash or check, paid in full at the time of the sale, and any property (excluding vehicles) sold to a successful bidder shall be disposed of by the conclusion of the sale. The Township of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the minimum bid requirement.
