PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING OF THE BOROUGH OF POTTSTOWN ZONING HEARING BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Pottstown will meet to reorganize and hold a hearing on January 28, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Pottstown Borough Hall located at 100 East High Street, Pottstown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania to hear the following matter(s): Application No. 20-2025 – Application of Carlos Redrovan concerning the property located at 223 N. Charlotte Street, Borough of Pottstown. This property is located within the Traditional Town Neighborhood (“TTN”) Zoning District and shown as Tax Parcel Nos. 16-00-03800-00-9. The property consists of a lot having an area of approximately 3,492 s.f.; improved with a 2 story Old Colonial residential building with a gross floor area of 1,774 s.f. and a detached garage The Applicant requests variance relief from Chapter 27, Section(s) 308.2.A to allow the placement of an addition or building roof closer than a 6 feet side yard setback. All interested parties may appear at the hearing and will be heard. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Zoning Hearing Board may vote on the application(s) or take the application(s) under advisement for later action.
