PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Uwchlan Township, Chester County will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Uwchlan Township Building at 715 N. Ship Rd. Exton, to consider the application of Netzsch Pumps North America, LLC for variances from Sections 607.4.d, 607.4.g, and 607.4.h in order to allow a loading dock within the front yard which will effect off-street loading berth traffic requirements and public right of way loading requirements at the property located at 119 Pickering Way, Exton, PA . All Township Residents or taxpayers in attendance will have an opportunity to address the Zoning Hearing Board without cost. Anyone who wishes to and is permitted to become a party to the hearing may do so by completing an appearance form supplied by the Board and paying a $20 fee.
