PUBLIC NOTICE DELAWARE COUNTY REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL AUTHORITY PA DEP CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE The Delaware County Regional Water Quality Control Authority (DELCORA) is proposing to replace the existing chlorine disinfection system with a new ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system, along with installing a bulk sodium hypochlorite storage facility and site-wide feed system to support non-disinfection needs at the Western Regional Treatment Plan located at 3201 W. Front Street, Chester PA. A PENNVEST loan is proposed to fund this project.
