PUBLIC NOTICE The East Goshen Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., prevailing time, at the East Goshen Township Building, 1580 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380, at which time the Board will consider appeals from the provisions of the East Goshen Township Code, Chapter 240 Zoning: Z26-02Bryan & Erin Sheffield (the “Applicants”) are the owners of property at 17 Treemont Drive, Malvern, PA 19355, Tax Parcel ID No. 53-2F-18, and situated in the Township’s R-2 Low Density Residential Zoning District (the “Property”). Applicants seek a variance from the provisions of Section 240-9.G. of the East Goshen Township Zoning Ordinance in order to allow the construction of a 769 sq. ft. deck onto the existing dwelling at the Property, which will encroach into the required 20 ft. side yard setback. Interested parties are invited to participate subject to the procedures established by the Board.
