PUBLIC NOTICE On Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 7 p.m., prevailing time, at the Birmingham Township Building, 1040 West Street Road, West Chester, PA 19382, the Birmingham Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing to consider and potentially act upon the following Zoning Application: Applicants, Shane and Laura Cunningham, 1154 Eleni Lane, West Chester, PA (TPN: 65-3-14.19), seeking a dimensional variance from Section 122-16.C(3)(c) of the Birmingham Township Zoning Ordinance in order to construct an addition to the existing accessory dwelling unit which will exceed the maximum permitted square footage allowed, as well as any other relief deemed necessary by the Board. A copy of the Application is available for review at the Township Building Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. by appointment only.
