PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission intends to submit a Final Report to the Department of Environmental Protection, Southcentral Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of the site-specific standard for a site located at 100 Kaercher Creek Road, Hamburg, Berks County, Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with the site-specific cleanup standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
