PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Oley Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, has received an Application from the following property owner in Exeter Township to have her property added to the Agricultural Security Area of Oley Township previously established by the Township pursuant to the Agricultural Area Security Law, Act of June 30, 1981, P.L. 128: Name of Location of Property Owner Property Tax Parcel No. Acreage Renate Witthaut 105 Old Friedensburg Road Reading, PA (Exeter Township) 43533701084187 40.23 The Application is on file and open to public inspection during normal business hours at the Oley Township Municipal Building, One Rose Virginia Road, Oley, Pennsylvania. Any local government unit encompassing or adjacent to the proposed area, or any landowner who owns any land proposed to be included within the proposed area, or any landowner with lands adjacent to or near the proposed area, who wishes such land to be included or not included therein, may propose modifications to the proposed area to be included in the Agricultural Security Area by delivering, in writing, objections or proposed modifications to the undersigned Secretary of the Township of Oley at the Oley Township Municipal Building, One Rose Virginia Road, Oley, Pennsylvania. Objections and proposed modifications to the Proposal must be filed with Oley Township and with the Oley Township Planning Commission within fifteen (15) days of the date of publication of this Notice. At the termination of the said fifteen (15) day period, the Proposal and any proposed modifications will be submitted to the Oley Township Planning Commission and the Oley Township Agricultural Security Area Advisory Committee; and, thereafter, a public hearing will be held on the Proposal, proposed modifications and any recommendations of the Planning Commission and the Advisory Committee.
