PUBLIC NOTICE / LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Thornbury Township Chester County Notice is hereby provided that the Thornbury Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Conditional Use Hearing to consider the Conditional Use application of Sulzman Enterprises III, LLC / Penn Oaks Tennis & Fitness Club. Public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 6:30 PM at 800 E Street Road, West Chester, PA 19382. Conditional use Application proposes upon consolidation of the three parcels into a single 6.98-acre parcel, the installation of three (3) outdoor padel courts in addition to the existing outdoor tennis courts for use as outdoor private recreation on property located at 52, 58, & 60 Penn Oaks Drive (Parcel #s: 66-3H-4; 66-3H-5; 66-3H-6). The application will be available for public inspection at the Township Building from now through February 16, 2026, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9 AM and 3 PM.
