PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FOR ONE DETERMINATION HEARING AND ONE CERTIFICATION HEARING OF THE BERKS COUNTY BLIGHTED PROPERTY REVIEW COMMITTEE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Berks County Blighted Property Review Committee (“BPRC”) will be holding one virtual public Determination Hearing (“Hearing”) and one virtual public Certification Hearing (“Hearing”) via Microsoft ZOOM on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 1:30 p.m., as follows: The Determination Hearing is for the purpose of reviewing the reports of the Building/Trades Division and the Property Maintenance Division and any other reports of Topton Borough to determine if the property located at 546 Celia Avenue, Topton Borough, Berks County, Pennsylvania meets the definition of “blight” under the Urban Redevelopment Law of 1945, as amended, and the County of Berks Blighted Property Review Committee Ordinance #09-2014. The Certification Hearing is for the purpose of reviewing any updated reports of the Building/Trades Division and the Property Maintenance Division and any other reports of Spring Township to determine if any changes or improvements have been made to the property located at 547 Adamstown Road, Spring Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania and/or to determine if said property shall be certified as “blighted” as per Ordinance #09-2014, enacted by the County of Berks Blighted Property Review Committee.
