PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE EXETER TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY ZONING HEARING BOARD TO THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF EXETER TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Exeter Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania shall conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., prevailing time, in the Exeter Township Municipal Building located at 4975 DeMoss Road, Reading, Pennsylvania 19606. The matter to be considered at that time is the application of Christopher W. Boylan requesting a dimensional variance from Section 390-29.B.2 of the Zoning Ordinance in order to construct a detached garage as a residential accessory structure that will have two (2) sides being of sixty-six feet (66’) in length, which exceeds the maximum forty feet (40’) length permitted, at the subject property located at 4601 Oley Turnpike Road – Parcel No. 43533605180694, which is located in the SR1 – Suburban Residential Zoning District.
