PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Trenton has filed a request with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Transactions and Public Land Administration, proposing to amend the ROSI to reduce the acreage set aside for open space from 3.96 acres to 3.21 acres at the Enterprise Avenue trail. This is the back portion of the property located at 300 Enterprise Avenue: Block 23102 Lots 1 and 2; Block 23203, Lot 1; Block 23102, Lot 9; and including Block 602, Lot 1 located in Lawrence Township. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:36-26.8(a), a hearing to obtain public comments on this request will be held at: Trenton City Hall, City Council Chambers 319 E State Street 2nd Floor Trenton, NJ 08608 Monday, May 18, 2026 at 6pm All information submitted by the City of Trenton to the Department in support of the requested amendment is available to the public for inspection at the Trenton City Hall 319 E State Street, Trenton, NJ 08608, the OTPLA Offices at 401 East State Street in Trenton, and the Trenton Free Public Library at: 120 Academy St, Trenton, NJ 08608. The public is invited to participate in the public hearing on the ROSI amendment request.
