October 22, 2025 - Bid Package 2 – Interior/Exterior Renovations and Upgrades at Hillside Elementary School (HES), New Eagle Elementary School (NEES), Valley Forge Middle School (VFMS), Conestoga High School (CHS), Network Operations Center (NOC), West Valley Administration Building (WVAB), and Maintenance Building (MB) (Project # 25-012.02). The project consists of miscellaneous general construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing renovations and upgrades to Hillside Elementary School (HES), New Eagle Elementary School (NEES), Valley Forge Middle School (VFMS), Conestoga High School (CHS), Network Operations Center (NOC), West Valley Administration Building (WVAB), and Maintenance Building (MB). Work includes accessible lift replacements at HES and NEES; cafeteria floor finish replacement with terrazzo at VFMS; FCS kitchen classroom renovations at CHS; Auditorium seating upgrades at VFMS; Theatrical lighting upgrades at VFMS; Exterior Façade repairs at CHS, WVAB, and MB. Bids are to be received electronically before 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at which time bids will be opened on the PennBid website with results displayed publicly. The results will also be read aloud at the School District Administration Offices. The Board of School Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive errors or technical defects in the bid or bid forms. On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, detailed specifications, and requirements for bidding may be obtained at no cost on the PennBid website, www.PennBid.net.
