October 21, 2025 - Bid Package 1 - HVAC Renovations and Upgrades at Hillside Elementary School (HES), Valley Forge Elementary School (VFES), Tredyffrin/Easttown Middle School (TEMS), Valley Forge Middle School (VFMS), Conestoga High School (CHS), and the Network Operations Center (NOC) (Project # 25-012.01) The project consists of mechanical renovations and upgrades, and associated miscellaneous electrical, plumbing and general trades work at Hillside Elementary School (HES), Valley Forge Elementary School (VFES), Tredyffrin/Easttown Middle School (TEMS), Valley Forge Middle School (VFMS), Conestoga High School (CHS), and the Network Operations Center (NOC). Work includes mechanical equipment replacement at HES, TEMS, CHS and NOC; Replace and upgrade boiler burners at HES; New RTU at VFMS; Domestic hot and cold-water piping at CHS; Duct cleaning at CHS; and Replacement of fire alarm system and emergency lighting at VFES. Bids are to be received electronically before 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at which time bids will be opened on the PennBid website with results displayed publicly. The results will also be read aloud at the School District Administration Offices. The Board of School Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive errors or technical defects in the bid or bid forms. On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, detailed specifications, and requirements for bidding may be obtained at no cost on the PennBid website, www.PennBid.net.
