OWEN J. ROBERTS SCHOOL DISTRICT PHASE 1 HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL INTERIOR RENOVATIONS ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Board of School Directors of the Owen J. Roberts School District is soliciting bids for: Phase 1 – High School and Middle School Interior Renovations located at 981 Ridge Rd. Pottstown, PA 19465 and 881 Ridge Rd. Pottstown, PA 19465, respectively. Bids will be uploaded to the Building Connected bidding platform and remain sealed until the bid opening on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. prevailing time by Michael Shelgren, Director of Facilities, Owen J. Roberts School District All bidders must use the Building Connected bidding platform. The scope of work includes interior renovations to the High School Administration area, as well as four interior locations within the Middle School: the Family and Consumer Science Room, the Bathroom, the Faculty Dining Area, and the Administration Suite. ATTENDANCE AT A PRE-BID CONFERENCE IS REQUIRED. The conference is scheduled for 10:30 AM on Friday, March 20, 2026. Please assemble in the High School Lobby. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond of an approved Surety Company, in an amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the proposal. Bond shall be drawn in favor of the Owen J. Roberts School District. Proposals may not be withdrawn by the Bidder for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days following the actual date of the opening thereof, except as provided by Act No. 4 (1974) of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Owen J. Roberts School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any bid irregularities as permitted under Pennsylvania law.
