Notice of Submission of Act 2 Final Report
Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995 (35 P.S. Sections 6026.101 – 6026.909) ("Act 2"), notice is hereby given that Brandywine Station LP will be submitting to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection an Act 2 Final Report for Groundwater on or after July 21, 2026 for the River Station property located at 200 River Station Boulevard; 500 South Brandywine Avenue; and 600 River Station in Downingtown Borough and East Caln Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2.
