Notice of Submission of Act 2 Final Report
Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995 (35 P.S. Sections 6026.101 – 6026.909) ("Act 2"), notice is hereby given that 100 Essex Avenue Investors LLC will be submitting to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection an Act 2 Final Report on or after September 18, 2025 for the 100-102 North Essex Avenue property located in Narberth Borough, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2.
