Applicant is requesting a variance from Section 37-307.5 of the Bristol Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit an 11’ x 19’ concrete patio in the rear yard and a variance from Section 27-404.2.G.(2) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the patio to be closer than 2’ to the side property lines for property located at 635 Corson Street, Bristol, Pa 19007 (TMP #04-009-144) which is located in the R-2 Residential Zoning District in the Borough.
