NOTICE is hereby given that the Upper Uwchlan Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at the Upper Uwchlan Township Building, 140 Pottstown Pike (Route 100), Chester Springs, Chester County, PA, to consider the Application of Michael Biffel, of 4 Matisse Drive, Downingtown (Premises) for a special exception from the nonconforming use provisions of Section 200-102 of the Upper Uwchlan Township Zoning Ordinance in order to remove the existing decks and patios in order to add an addition to the home and also a new pool and patio configuration, as well as removal and relocation of the existing garage which will reduce rear yard encroachment and less square footage within the rear yard; all to be performed at the Premises which is owned by Michael and Julianna Biffel. The Premise is situated in the R-2 Residential Zoning District, being Tax Parcel #32-3-45.30. An opportunity will be afforded to all persons in attendance to address the Zoning Hearing Board in this matter.
