NOTICE is hereby given that the Upper Uwchlan Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at the Upper Uwchlan Township Building, 140 Pottstown Pike (Route 100), Chester Springs, Chester County, PA, to consider the Application of Merideth Winslow, of 218 Iron Bridge Road, Glenmoore, PA, and Kevin P. Winslow of 210 Krauser Road, Downingtown, PA, for a variance/special exception in order to add an addition to a free standing garage/barn to become a secondary dwelling at 210 Krauser Road, Downingtown, PA (Premises) in accordance with the use provisions of Sections 200.17A and 200.13A of the Upper Uwchlan Township Zoning Ordinance. The Premises is situated in the R-2 Residential Zoning District, being Tax Parcel #32-1-20. An opportunity will be afforded to all persons in attendance to address the Zoning Hearing Board in this matter.
