NOTICE TO THE RESIDENTS OF SOUTH HEIDELBERG TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of South Heidelberg Township will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the South Heidelberg Township Building, 555A Mountain Home Road, South Heidelberg Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, to consider the application of Bryan Carney & Kathryn Rigg (Carney) for a variance from Section 508 of the Southwestern Berks County Zoning Ordinance of 2009, as amended (the “Zoning Ordinance”), in order to permit a retaining wall and above ground swimming pool to be placed within a drainage easement. The Property which is the subject of the application is located in the R-3 (Suburban Residential) District at 14 Carriage Drive, Wernersville, South Heidelberg Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, Property ID No. 51436614442279. All interested parties in attendance will be given an opportunity to be heard.
