NOTICE TO THE RESIDENTS OF TOWNSHIP OF UPPER PROVIDENCE MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA PUBLIC HEARING AMENDED OFFICIAL MAP The Board of Supervisors of the Township of Upper Providence will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:00pm and will consider enactment of the ordinance summarized below. The complete title of the proposed Ordinance is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF UPPER PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP, MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ADOPTING AN AMENDED OFFICIAL MAP FOR UPPER PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP Section 1 states the history and adoption of the Official Map. Section 2 contains the repealer provision. Section 3 contains the severability provision. Section 4 provides the effective date.
