NOTICE TO BIDDERS TRENTON PARKING AUTHORITY Sealed bids will be received by the Trenton Parking Authority (“TPA”) for the HVAC Replacement Project at 16 E. Hanover Street, Trenton, NJ, until May 20th, 2026 at 2:00 P.M., at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the TPA offices, 16 E Hanover St. Trenton, NJ 08608. The work includes removal of existing AC components and installation of four (4) new 5 ton evaporator coils and four (4) new 5 ton condensers, with new electrical power, refrigerant line sets, communication wiring, and controls integration. Existing blower motor/fan and heat coils remain. Contractor proposed alternates may be submitted if they meet or exceed all performance requirements; alternates may not reduce tonnage, change refrigerant type, or avoid required controls integration.
