NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Limerick Twp. Board of Supervisors will accept sealed proposals until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time Tuesday, April 28, 2026 for Public Works Project #26-02 for 43,500 (+/-) sy Bituminous Surface Treatment and 6,525 gallons of Grip-Tight Fog Seal and Flush Coat Emulsion. All proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Township. Proposal forms, specifications and contract documents may be obtained at the Limerick Township Administration Bldg. Mon. thru Thurs., between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. and Fridays between 7:30 A.M. and 1:30 P.M., by download at www.LimerickPA.org or by email request to MMancini@LimerickPA.org. All proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 10:30 A.M. at the Limerick Township Administration Bldg., 646 W. Ridge Pike, Limerick, PA. All sealed proposals shall be submitted with a ten percent (10%) bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to post a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price and a ten percent (10%) Maintenance Bond. Quantities are not guaranteed and may vary (+/-). It is the intent to award this project as a single contract to the lowest qualified and responsible bidder. The Limerick Twp. Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof as they may deem necessary and in the best interest of Limerick Township.
