NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed Proposals will be received, in triplicate, at the Robeson Township Office at 8 Boonetown Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 until 10:00 am., prevailing time, January 7, 2026, for the 2026 Maintenance Projects. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during a special meeting to be held by Township staff and the Township Engineer at 10:00 am. Bids will be considered by each municipality’s Board of Supervisors at their regularly scheduled January or February Meeting. The Work will include roads located within three municipalities: Robeson Township, Brecknock Township, and Union Township. The Work to be performed consists of crack sealing, asphalt surface treatment, bituminous sealcoat double application, fog seal, and related pavement markings. Contract Documents for the Work are on file and can be obtained at the office of Kraft Municipal Group, 6525 Shillington Plaza, Shillington PA 19607. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of opening, and the Work must be completed not more than seventy-five (75) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. A non-refundable fee of forty dollars ($40.00) for each set of Contract Documents is required. The Board of Supervisors within each municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof for work contained within their respective municipality.
