NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed Proposals will be received, in triplicate, by the Robeson Township Board of Supervisors at the Robeson Township Office at 8 Boonetown Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 until 10:00 am., prevailing time, January 7, 2026, for the 2026 Roadwork Projects. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during a special meeting to be held by Township staff and the Township Engineer at 10:00 am. Bids will be considered by the Board of Supervisors at their monthly Workshop meeting, January 8, 2026, at 7:00 pm that evening. Work is anticipated to begin no earlier than June 15, 2026. The Work to be performed consists of 510 tons of leveling course, 1,520 tons of wearing course, 7,575 linear feet of double yellow waterborne pavement markings, and related pavement markings. Bidders are advised that Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry must be paid to all workers involved with this Contract. Contract Documents for the Work are on file and can be obtained at the office of Kraft Municipal Group, 6525 Shillington Plaza, Shillington PA 19607. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening, and the Work must be completed not more than seventy-five (75) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. A non-refundable fee of forty dollars ($40.00) for each set of Contract Documents is required. The Robeson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof.
