NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be received by the Warwick Township Board of Supervisors of Chester County, 2500 Ridge Road, Elverson, PA. 19520, until 2:00 p.m., April 1, 2026. All materials must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications. All proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Municipality. Forms may be obtained by calling the Township Secretary at 610-286-5557, for a fee of $10.00. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope marked “Bid Proposal Road Improvements 2026”. Item #1: Road Improvement of Oil and Chip in place per specifications of approximately 9769 square yards on Morningside Drive (north end), and Warwick Road from Route 23 to Route 345. The sealed proposals will be opened at approximately 6:00 p.m. on April 1, 2026 at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors, 2500 Ridge Road, Elverson, PA.
