NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the West Caln Township Board of Supervisors at 721 W. Kings Highway, Wagontown, PA 19376-0175, until 3:00 PM on May, 20, 2026 and will be open thereafter at approximately 6:15PM at the same location for the following: 1. 20’ Bear Cat Computerized Chip spreader or equal with 2 operators 12 hours 2. 20’ Bear Cat Computerized Asphalt Distributor or equal with operator 12 hours 3. 9-wheel pneumatic rubber tire roller or equal with operator 12 hours 4. Tri-Axle Dump Truck with chipping bars for chipseal operation 36 hours 5. Flag Person for chip seal operation. Flaggers must be ATSSA certified 12 hours 6. Labor for chip seal operation 12 hours 7. Rengenerative Air Pick Up Style Street Sweeper Truck with operator 22 hours 8. Kick Off Style Street Sweeper with operator 12 hours 9. Road Seal Truck with operator 12 hours 10. One Way Mobilization for chipper and rubber tire roller 12 hours Bids to be awarded as a TOTAL on all items 1-10 to the lowest. The township has the option to extend the awarded contract for a period of (3) years, renewable in (1) year increments, upon mutual agreement between the township and contractor. Complete bid forms may be obtained at the Township Office weekdays between 8:00am and 4:00pm. Proposals must be based on the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
