NOTICE Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that Tripoint Properties has submitted an Act 2 Final Report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Southeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of the site-specific standard for a site located at 150 East Pennsylvania Avenue, Downingtown. Historic dry-cleaning operations on the Site resulted in the release of chlorinated solvents to soil and groundwater above the non-residential Act 2 standards. Tripoint Properties has indicated that the remediation measures taken place have attained compliance with the site-specific cleanup standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act through pathway elimination and a risk assessment evaluation. The proposed future use of the property will remain as commercial office/retail space.
