NOTICE OF INCORPORATION
Notice is hereby given that Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Pennsylvania Department of State for the purpose of forming a nonprofit corporation under the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988.
The name of the corporation is SCH Wrestling Club.
The purpose for which the organization was organized are to promote amateur wrestling and youth athletic development by providing training, instruction, and competitive opportunities, and to engage in any lawful activities permitted for nonprofit corporations organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
