NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING NORRISTOWN MUNICIPAL COUNCIL Norristown Municipal Council will hold a special public meeting on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 6:30pm at Municipal Hall Council Chambers located at 235 East Airy Street, Norristown, PA, 19401. The purpose of the special meeting will be to discuss and possibly take action on those matters that were to be considered at the April 7, 2026, meeting, but which meeting was canceled due to a lack of quorum. The matters to be considered for possible action relate to the following: destruction of specific Human Resource and Public Works Department documents; engagement of Rotation Production Services for the Summer Concert Series; purchase agreement with Integrated Security Solutions for additional security camera location and wireless infrastructure expansion; agreement with a youth leadership program run by the scouts called Exploring; Violence Intervention and Prevention Program (VIP2) grant funding and application with the Montco District Attorney’s Office; HARB certificates of appropriateness; awarding the 2026 Milling and Paving Re-Bid Project; and municipal administration employment matters. A copy of the April 13th special meeting agenda is available on the Municipality’s website and may be examined or obtained at Municipal Hall. All interested individuals are invited to attend.
