NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that the Zoning Hearing Board of Richmond Township, Berks County, PA will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Building, 11 Kehl Dr, Fleetwood, PA 19522, to consider the Application submitted by Clair Martin, on behalf of the property owner, the Old-Order Mennonite Church in Fleetwood, PA, requesting a variance from Section 402.6 of the Township’s Zoning Ordinance, as amended, in order to relocate an existing horse shed(s) to approximately 5 feet from the rear property line at the property located at 985 Fleetwood Lyons Rd, Fleetwood, PA 19522 in the R-A Rural Agriculture Residential Zoning District, in order to make room for a church building addition. Section 402.6 lists a minimum rear yard dimension of 50 feet. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the hearing, if they so desire.
