NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that the Colebrookdale Township Zoning Hearing Board will convene a public hearing on January 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Colebrookdale Township Municipal Building, 765 West Philadelphia Avenue, Boyertown, PA 19512, to consider the Appeal of Calvin Beekman of 732 Franklin Road, Boyertown, PA, 19512, and Twilight Renewables of 181 East Stiegel Street, Manheim, PA 17545, appealing the determination of the Township Zoning Officer dated October 27, 2025, denying a permit for installation of a solar array and an application for variance from Article III, Section 306, Subsection B-1 to allow a ground mounted solar array to be constructed on property owned by Calvin J. Beekman and Michele M. Beekman located at 1051 Weisstown Road, Boyertown, Colebrookdale Township, Berks County, PA 19512, being Parcel Number 38538708870919 in the LDR Low Density Residential District. A Decision in the case may be rendered at the conclusion of the hearing. The Board may also organize and take any other lawful actions at this date and time.
